Definitions:
- Client Area: The section where you make purchases, manage invoices, credits, and handle billing-related tasks.
- Control Panel: Accessed through the Client Area to manage servers. After selecting your active service, click “Open Control Panel” to view statistics and perform tasks such as resetting passwords, restarting, rebuilding, and rebooting.
1. Change Client Area Password
- Steps to Change Your Password:
- Visit Change Password.
- Enter your “Existing Password.”
- Type your new password in the “New Password” field.
- Confirm the new password by entering it again in the “Confirm New Password” field.
- Click “Save Changes” to update your password.
2. Reset Client Area Password
- Steps to Reset Your Password:
- Go to Password Reset.
- Enter your email address. Ensure your email is verified; otherwise, you won't receive a reset link.
- Check your email for a reset link and click on it.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click “Save Changes” to update your password.
3. Reset Server Password
- Steps to Reset Your Server Password:
- Log in to your Client Area.
- Navigate to your server’s dashboard.
- Select your server and click “Manage.”
- Find the “Options” section scroll down and click “Reset Password.”
- For Linux/Ubuntu systems, select “root user.” For Windows systems, select “Administrator.”
- The new password will be sent to your account email address.
