Access the Client Area
First, go to https://flashrdp.com/clientarea.php?action=products and select your service. -
Open the Control Panel
After selecting your service, click the "Open Control Panel" option. You will be redirected to https://servers.flashrdp.com/servers. -
Select and Manage Your Server
Choose the server you wish to rebuild. Click on "Manage" for the selected server, and you'll see several tabs. Click the "Rebuild" button, which is highlighted in red. -
Configure Server Settings
You'll have the option to rename your server (hostname and timezone are optional). -
Choose Operating System
Select your preferred OS. For VPS access, you can choose any OS except Windows. To connect via RDP, you must select Windows. -
Begin the Installation
After choosing the OS, scroll down and click the "Install" button. The installation logs will be displayed, and the process typically takes 3-5 minutes. Once complete, you'll receive the credentials via email within 3-5 minutes.
Important Note:
Rebuilding your server will erase all existing data. If you haven't backed up your data before starting the rebuild, you are solely responsible for any data loss. If the rebuild fails or you do not receive credentials, please create a support ticket. Avoid rebooting, restarting, or attempting another rebuild while the server is in the rebuild process.
