Customers are permitted to use FlashRDP's services, including Remote Desktop Protocols (RDPs), Virtual Private Servers (VPS), and web hosting solutions, for lawful purposes as intended under these Terms and Conditions. The services are to be used in a manner that is consistent with the intended purpose and should not interfere with the use and enjoyment of others.
2. Permitted Activities:
You may use our services to conduct business, personal, and organizational activities provided they are legal, ethical, and in accordance with these terms.
3. Prohibited Activities:
As part of our commitment to providing a high-quality and lawful service environment, FlashRDP enforces a strict policy against the following activities:
~ Engaging in behaviors that could lead to a Spamhaus listing.
~ Establishing or operating phishing or scam sites, including but not limited to impersonation of entities such as eBay, PayPal, or any schemes involving credit card or password fraud.
~ Carding, fraud, or any other financial crime activities.
~ Conducting network scanning or port scanning activities.
~ Hosting, distributing, or running malicious scripts intended for hacking, initiating DDoS attacks, or any other unlawful intrusion activities.
~ Participating in or facilitating DDoS/DoS attacks.
~ Engaging in the dissemination, hosting, or promotion of child pornography or similar exploitative content.
~ Operating botnets, Remote Administration Tools (RATs), or any related malicious activities.
~ Consequences of Violation:
~ Any breach of these terms will lead to immediate service suspension without backups. Depending on the severity of the breach, FlashRDP reserves the right to close your customer account and terminate all associated active services.
4. Abuse Notifications:
FlashRDP retains the right to suspend or terminate your services without prior notice upon receipt of abuse complaints. Our decision will be based on the nature of the complaint and the evidence provided.
5. DMCA Policy:
Only DMCA-related abuses are ignored, and this leniency is strictly limited to our EU service plans. Users of our USA service plans are subject to full compliance with DMCA notices and regulations.
6. Bandwidth Usage Policy
~ Allocated Bandwidth: Usage is confined to the limits specified on the product page.
~ Fair Share Policy: We operate a fair share policy to ensure service quality for all users. Excessive use of bandwidth that affects others is not permitted.
~ Usage Monitoring: We monitor usage to prevent network congestion and maintain service quality.
~ Consequences of Excessive Use: Excessive usage may result in bandwidth throttling, service suspension, or mandatory upgrades at additional costs.
~ Remedial Actions: Repeated overuse after warnings may lead to service termination.
~ Bandwidth Reports: Customers can request bandwidth usage reports from our support team.
~ Compliance with this policy is mandatory for continued use of FlashRDP services.
By using FlashRDP's services, you agree to adhere to the above usage policy. Any misuse of the service will be addressed promptly and may result in immediate termination of services and legal action where necessary.
