Payment Terms

1. Accepted Payment Methods: FlashRDP exclusively accepts cryptocurrency as the payment method for all services.

2. Cryptocurrency Transactions: Customers are responsible for covering any applicable transaction fees and must ensure that the exact amount specified on the invoice is sent. Payments must be completed within the designated timeframe stated on the invoice.

3. Future Payment Methods: If additional payment methods are introduced, they will be subject to these terms unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Obligations: Full payment is required upfront before service activation. Failure to complete payment on time may result in service suspension or termination.

5. Non-Refundable Payments & Compensation:

   • Payments made to FlashRDP are strictly non-refundable.
   • If an internal issue on our end causes service downtime, compensation or refunds may be provided at our discretion, but these will not cover any personal damages or indirect losses.
   • Services must be delivered within 24 hours of payment. If this timeframe is exceeded, customers may request a refund. However, once the service has been accessed or used, the refund option is void.
   • Refunds are granted only once per service and are not applicable after 24 hours of usage. Cancellations due to dissatisfaction do not qualify for a refund.
   • Any approved refunds will be credited exclusively to the customer's FlashRDP site wallet. Under no circumstances will direct refunds to external wallets or accounts be processed.

6. Transaction Confirmations: Service activation occurs after the minimum required confirmations for the respective cryptocurrency transaction. The confirmation time varies depending on the blockchain network, and FlashRDP is not responsible for any delays caused by blockchain processing times.

7. Crypto Gateway Payment Terms: All payments processed through our site are handled via our designated crypto gateway, coinPayment. When making a payment, please note that all associated fees are the responsibility of the payer. You must send the exact amount—or a slightly higher amount—as displayed on the payment page; sending any lower amount than specified will be considered an incomplete payment, requiring the client to complete the payment again or request a refund through the gateway. The coinPayment gateway reserves the right to deduct any applicable fees, and FlashRDP is not responsible for refunds or fee adjustments made by the gateway. If you experience any issues with your payment, please contact the coinPayment support team directly using the email provided in your transaction confirmation.
    

8. Changes to Payment Terms: FlashRDP reserves the right to modify these payment terms at any time with immediate effect. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
