Right to Terminate: FlashRDP reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service with immediate effect for any breach of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to non-payment of fees, violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, or engagement in illegal activities.
User-Initiated Termination: You may terminate your service with FlashRDP at any time. However, please note that our services are non-refundable, and termination will not entitle you to a refund.
Notification of Termination: If FlashRDP initiates termination, we will make reasonable efforts to provide prior notice. However, in cases of severe violations, termination may be immediate and without prior warning.
Data Retention Post-Termination: Upon termination, your data may be retained or deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. It is your responsibility to back up any necessary data before termination.
Outstanding Payments: Any unpaid balances must be settled upon service termination. Failure to do so may result in legal action or collection efforts.
Effect of Termination: Once terminated, access to the service will be immediately revoked, and any stored data will be forfeited.
Reinstatement: Reinstating a terminated service is at FlashRDP’s sole discretion. Reinstatement may require full payment of any outstanding balances and a commitment to compliance with our policies.
Eligibility for Refund: If a service issue arises due to an error on our part and remains unresolved despite our efforts, you may be eligible for a refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining service period from the date of our last communication acknowledging the unresolved issue. However, refunds or service replacements will not be granted if the customer fails to integrate or utilize the provided solution. In such cases, the service remains active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Abuse Termination: FlashRDP actively monitors services for abuse. If we receive an abuse report related to your service, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate it immediately, regardless of circumstances. You will be notified of the reason for suspension as soon as the action is taken. If abuse is reported by law enforcement or any legal entity, we reserve the absolute right to terminate the service without prior notice. If you believe an abuse report is unjustified, you may contact the notifier directly (details will be provided in the abuse report). Baseless disputes will not be entertained.
Client Non-Response: If you fail to respond, acknowledge, or provide a resolution regarding a service issue within 48 hours of receiving a notification, FlashRDP reserves the right to terminate the service immediately. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided.
